Dalmatia's coast with its 725 islands is definitely the most beautiful and exciting area a yachtsman can dream of for his holidays.
The almost 6000 km of shoreline offer an infinite number of pleasantly quiet nooks, small fishermen's villages, secluded bays, enchanting and often deserted sandy beaches — but also medieval towns with churches and town squares which have maintained their original character.
You may come on board in Trieste, but also in Losinj or in Silba. Both localities are easily reached by hydrofoil from Trieste or Rijeka.
The 7-day cruise will take us along the "Dugi otok" island all the way to the "Kornati" islands, a very labyrinth of isles — one whole year one could spend in these waters, without ever dropping anchor twice in the same spot!
The 15-day cruise goes further: we shall also moor in the beautiful Venetian towns Hvar and Korčula, as well as in Mljet, a national park, entirely covered by woods and forests.
On our way back we shall stop over at Lastovo and Vis, which after two decades are finally open to yachts again.
The mild climate is ideal for bathing and sailing. The windiest — and less crowded — months are June and September, which make them the perfect choice for sailing enthusiasts who treasure peace and quiet.
